Abigayle Tringale

Abi Tringale is an NSDA alumni who has been teaching at NSDA since graduation in 2018. Abi started her dance journey at NSDA at age 4 and went on to participate in the intensive program where she trained in all styles offered by the studio and assisted countless younger classes and teams. She is blessed to have trained under the direction of the incredible NSDA staff, including Ms. Tammy, Ms. Stacie, Ms. Joanna, and many more!
During her time as a student, Abi was a founding member of the Goodwill Ambassadors program, whose mission is to spread joy in the community through dance. Abi continued her involvement in the group as choreographer and has been lead teacher since 2020. She loves nothing more than helping students realize that the most incredible part of dance is the joy it brings to others and hopes to nurture a culture of service and community through the Goodwill Ambassadors program.
While Abi enjoys all forms of dance, her favorite is musical theater. Abi has choreographed musicals for Colleges of the Fenway Theater and Forged Muse productions, including Cabaret, The Lightning Thief, and The Wizard of Oz. She also founded a drama club at Lawrence Catholic Academy, where she works as a first-grade teacher. Abi collaborated with Ms Tammy to launch the Broadway Bound musical theater classes at NSDA, where she creates productions of up to 35 dancers ranging in ages 5-16 and all skill levels.
Abi believes that everyone is a dancer, and everyone deserves their chance to step into the spotlight. She strives to create a welcoming environment where each dancer, regardless of age or experience, can feel challenged and celebrated through dance.
