Where technique is learned and friends are made

Alessandra Bisconti

Miss Alessandra began dancing in North Shore Dance Academy’s Peabody studio at the age of four. She feels fortunate to have been influenced by the teachers she now works beside today. Her first dance class was taught by Miss Lisa, who was also starting her first year at NSDA. The memories and connection formed in this class remain vivid and special to both teachers today. Throughout her career in NSDA she studied Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, and Pointe. She strongly believes that dance provides passion, community, and confidence that transfers into all aspects of life. Her goal is to provide a space where dancers feel safe to explore all forms of expression.

After graduating in 2014 from the Senior Company, she continued to pursue dance at Bridgewater State University. Her college dance experience was an extension and enrichment of all things she gained at NSDA. There, she earned a degree in Elementary Education and Mathematics. Alessandra is currently a 3rd grade teacher where she incorporates movement and music to provide a multisensory education for her students.
