Kayla grew up in Peabody, MA down the street from NSDA’s first home. She began dancing there at the age of 4 years old where she competed alongside lifelong friends. She credits her beloved dance teachers including Miss Tammy, Miss Lisa, Miss Stacie, and Miss Melissa for inspiring her love for dance. Kayla teaches tap, jazz, ballet, and hip hop.
After graduating from the studio in 2014, Kayla moved to New York and attended Hofstra University. There she was a part of Hofstra’s largest dance club on campus, Dance works Productions, where she danced in multiple shows. Currently Kayla is pursuing her juris doctor degree at Boston College Law School while teaching at the studio
