Lauren Adario
Lauren Adario loves being able to combine the passions of teaching and love for dance with students of all ages. From the age of 3, Lauren trained at North Shore Dance Academy in a wide range of styles, as well as additional ballet and tap training with Gene Murray. At age 10, she joined the intensive program and performed and competed regionally and nationally. As a student, she and her team earned a number of overall high schools and special awards at various conventions and competitions. Her passion for teaching started at a young age, while assisting younger dance classes at NSDA.
Miss Lauren graduated from the Dance Teacher’s Club of Boston Dance Teacher’s Training Program. She graduated Salem State College with honors and earned a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a bachelor’s degree in American Studies. Miss Lauren continued her education and graduated from Salem State University with a master’s degree in Elementary Education. Today, Lauren is an elementary school teacher for the Lynn Public Schools working with General Ed and Special Ed students. Miss Lauren stays current in dance world by attending regional and national conventions and takes classes at Boston Ballet to bring her students current and contemporary styles. She teaches tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, pointe for a wide range of ages at the studio. Many of her students’ dances have earned special awards at competitions and conventions. Miss Lauren lives in Lynn with her husband, dog, and son, Jake.
